Inside OSO Sound Healing, you will find crystal singing bowls, gongs, and a place to spend time listening. Our Los Angeles studio brings together instrument exploration, sound baths, and practitioner training.
A studio for sound and rest
In a sound bath, you can sit or lie down while a practitioner plays. The instruments, pacing, and spoken guidance depend on the session. There is no musical experience required to attend.
Our studio sessions offer a place to set aside other tasks for a while. You can come on your own or share the experience with someone you know.
The instruments in the room
Crystal singing bowls and gongs are part of the work here, alongside chimes and other instruments. Seeing them together gives you a sense of their different sizes and forms. Listening in person gives you time to decide what draws your attention.
If you are choosing instruments for your own practice, you can explore single bowls, curated bowl sets, and gongs in our collection. Instrument visits are by appointment.
Practitioner-led work
OSO was founded by Avery Whitmore. Sound, breath, & meditation run through his work as a facilitator and teacher.
The studio is also a place to learn. Our training programs offer in-person and online ways to explore sound and facilitation. You can find the current formats and dates on the course pages.
