Study with Avery Whitmore and the OSO team, online, in our Los Angeles studio, and in the redwoods.
Every program is taught with a full studio of instruments: crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, and voice. You learn by playing, listening, and guiding others, with feedback from the people teaching you.
12-Week Virtual Sound Healing Certification
February 3 to April 28, 2027. Live teaching, recorded lessons, and a small mentor group arranged by time zone, so you can train from wherever you are. Complete 100 hours and receive an OSO Sound Healing certificate.

5-Day Sound Healing Immersion
May 19 to 23, 2027. Five days across our Gong Room and Crystal Room, moving from Level 1 foundations into Level 2 facilitation. Space is limited to twelve, lunch is provided each day, and you leave with a 40-hour certificate.

8.8 Redwoods Sound Healing Training
August 8 to 15, 2027. Eight days of Level 1–3 training in the redwoods, with morning yoga and meditation, shared vegetarian meals, forest hikes, a trip to the ocean, and a drum-making workshop. Choose a cabin, tent, bunk, or commuter pass.

Begin anytime and study at your own pace. The elemental principles behind sound healing and how to work with your first instruments. It also meets the prerequisite for the Redwoods training.
