Five days. Two studio spaces. A complete transformation in how you understand, practice, and facilitate sound healing.
This immersive training weaves together Level 1 foundations and Level 2 facilitation into one continuous journey, held across both the Gong Room and the Crystal Room at OSO Sound Healing. From the moment we open our first circle to the closing ceremony on Day 5, every session is designed to deepen your confidence, refine your ear, and awaken your unique voice as a facilitator.

Thursday, May 20: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday, May 21: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturday, May 22: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday, May 23: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What you’ll experience across five days:
• Hands-on training with crystal alchemy singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, wave drums, and more
• The science and spirit of sound, and how vibration affects the body, mind, and nervous system
• Space-setting, altar work, and opening and closing rituals
• Voice activation and presence work, finding your tone, your prayer, your energetic posture
• Tempo, emotional arc, and the art of building a sound healing session
• One-on-one and group facilitation practicums with real-time feedback
• Energetic hygiene, nervous system regulation, and post-session clearing practices
• Beautiful instrument combinations and sequencing techniques
• Introduction to the business of sound healing
• Home-cooked vegetarian lunch provided every day
• Professional headshots and photos/videos from the week, shared with you in a group folder
• 40-hour certificate from OSO Sound Healing

This path is for you if:
You want to go deep, starting with the fundamentals and moving directly into facilitation without waiting months between trainings. Whether you’re brand new to sound healing or ready to step into leading sessions, this immersion meets you where you are and takes you further than you thought possible in five days.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and hands-on.
Attendance & Certification
Attendance for the full training is important, as each day builds on the next. Because of the nature of the immersion and our limited group size, we are not able to offer individual make-up days in future trainings.
To receive the 40-hour certification, participants must attend and complete the full five days of training.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refunds, minus payment processing fees, are available up to 6 weeks prior to the training start date.
Payments may be transferred to another training or offering up to 4 weeks prior to the training start date.
Within 4 weeks of the training start date, all payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant at any time with written notice.
In the case of emergency or illness, we will do our best to support a transfer to a future training, though this is not guaranteed.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returns. Exchanges are for store credit only. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs and insurance.
Custom orders, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging.

Orders are typically packaged and dispatched within 2–3 business days. This is preparation time; shipping transit time is additional and depends on your destination and selected shipping service.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday generally will not ship before Monday and may take longer within our 2–3-business-day preparation window.
We’re grateful to serve a global community and do ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and VAT or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have access to or control over these fees, as they are determined by your local customs authority. Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.
Understanding Pitch & Cents
Each bowl is marked with its note like C or F and a cents value — 0, or a +/− number such as +10 or −15. Cents measure how sharp or flat the bowl is relative to a perfect pitch. When building a set, matching cents closely is what makes the bowls sound harmonious together rather than disjointed.
