Individual Bowl Descriptions
Four Crystal Tones alchemy crystal singing bowls.
12" G-5 Rose Quartz, Platinum. Rose Quartz is the classic heart stone of crystal practice, known for self-compassion and gentleness. Platinum, the metal of wedding bands, brings commitment and longevity.
10" B0 Sedona Red Rock, Platinum, Celestial Rings. Sedona Red Rock is sandstone from Sedona, Arizona, colored by iron oxide. It is associated with vitality and a deep connection to the earth.
9" D-15 Rose Quartz, Platinum, Transcendent. Here Rose Quartz shows another side. In crystal practice it is known for the unguarded heart and the love we turn toward ourselves.
7" G-10 Platinum, Practitioner Bowl. Platinum on its own, a metal associated with a calm, even presence and with things that endure.

About Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls
Crystal Tones created the original Alchemy crystal singing bowls, made in the USA from quartz combined with gemstones, minerals and precious metals. We choose them for their craftsmanship and the clarity of their sound.
Frequently asked questions
How do I choose a crystal singing bowl?
Start with what sounds good and feels good in your body. Choosing a crystal singing bowl is personal. The meanings and associations of different notes, colors and alchemies can give you ideas to explore, but your own experience matters most. Take your time listening and notice which bowls you want to hear again.
Already own bowls? Compare their notes, octaves and cents, then listen to them together whenever you can. Our pairing tool lets you explore available recordings from the collection.
Choosing Your Bowls & Sets
Understanding Pitch & Cents
Each bowl is marked with its note like C or F and a cents value — 0, or a +/− number such as +10 or −15. Cents measure how sharp or flat the bowl is relative to a perfect pitch. When building a set, matching cents closely is what makes the bowls sound harmonious together rather than disjointed.
Why Our Sets Are One-of-a-Kind
Every bowl varies in pitch, size, and alchemy, with only a limited number of each in existence — so no two sets we build are ever identical. Each one is hand-selected for sound, energetic quality, aesthetics, and stackability, and ready for one-on-one sessions, group healing, sound baths, or performance.

How do I play a crystal singing bowl?
Place the bowl on its ring on a stable, level surface. Begin with a gentle tap using the soft side of a suitable mallet, or slowly circle the outside rim with the mallet held at roughly a 45° angle. Use light, even pressure and listen for the bowl to begin singing.
Once the sound develops, ease the mallet away and let the bowl ring. If you hear scratching, release contact and let it sing before trying again more gently. These instruments respond to a light touch; you can leave space between movements and listen as the sound fades.
Care and cleaning
For everyday cleaning, we use warm water and a soft cloth. We don’t recommend cleaning products on the bowl.
For occasional marks on the rim, gently spot-clean the affected area with a soft cloth and a little mild soapy water, then wipe with clean water. Use soapy water only on the rim, keeping it off the rest of the bowl.
If energy-clearing rituals are part of your practice, you might choose smudging or time in the moonlight.
