Brain Tuners are based on EEG (electroencephalography) studies of the brain's electrical activity and the different states of consciousness commonly associated with Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta brainwave patterns.
When two Brain Tuners are sounded together - one near each ear - the brain perceives the difference between their frequencies as a rhythmic pulsation known as a binaural beat. By pairing the Fundamental Brain Tuner with a Delta, Theta, Alpha, or Beta tuner, practitioners can use these frequency relationships as a tool for exploring different states of awareness and relaxation.
Think of the four brainwave states as different "gears" of consciousness, each suited to different experiences:

Beta - Focus & Alertness
Associated with heightened alertness, concentration, cognition, visual attention, and active engagement. -
Alpha - Relaxation & Creativity
A state of relaxed awareness between active focus and deeper meditation, often associated with introspection, creativity, visualization, and quiet alertness. -
Theta - Meditation & Intuition
Often described as a transitional or "twilight" state, associated with meditation, vivid imagery, memory, dreamlike awareness, and intuitive experiences. -
Delta - Deep Rest & Renewal
The slowest of the four brainwave patterns and commonly associated with deep sleep, profound rest, and restorative states.
Together, the Brain Tuners provide a structured way to explore different levels of relaxation, focus, meditation, and awareness through sound and frequency.

Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returns. Exchanges are for store credit only. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs and insurance.
Custom orders, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping & International Orders
Orders are typically packaged and dispatched within 2–3 business days. This is preparation time; shipping transit time is additional and depends on your destination and selected shipping service.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday generally will not ship before Monday and may take longer within our 2–3-business-day preparation window.
All import duties, VAT or other import taxes, customs-clearance charges, and carrier or customs-broker fees are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping charge paid to OSO Sound Healing.
Your shipment may be handled by a customs broker or clearance agent, a third party that arranges clearance with your country’s customs authority. This may be the carrier’s brokerage service or a separate broker. Any brokerage, administration, disbursement, storage or other import-related fees charged to the recipient must be paid by the customer.
Customs authorities, carriers and brokers set these charges and clearance requirements. OSO Sound Healing does not set or control them, cannot waive them, and cannot guarantee customs release dates. Customs inspections and clearance delays are outside our control.
Please check your destination’s import requirements before ordering and respond promptly to requests from customs, the carrier or your broker. You are responsible for providing any information or authorization required from you as the recipient and paying charges when requested, which may be before, at or after delivery.
